I had a great experience with JD Deno sales consultant at Dave Smith. Great communication and smooth buying process. I live in a different state, JD and the team at Dave Smith made it easy for me. I haven’t bought a vehicle in 20 years and I was nervous about buying. JD made sure I was informed throughout the process, from getting the best deal to finding the vehicle that I wanted.

Darren was very professional and efficient. The overall process was very quick, and I was able to get on the road quickly. If there's one negative take away, it was the experience in the Finance Department. The F&I Rep. seemed put off and a bit angry that I refused the extended warranty. I told him from the get-go that I didn't want to waste his time or mine, because I don't keep a vehicle long enough for it to make sense to purchase extended coverage. He wouldn't let it go there and kept pushing it.

Nate in the service department was amazing. they not only helped me with my new fuel filter, but they also found a few other things that needed to be done and recommended. They fit it into my schedule and also took care of a recall issue. they even offered me a shuttle ride to a local diner for lunch while i waited. i will recommend, use and buy from Dave Smith Motors again. They are the best.
